Your Microsoft Teams meetings are about to become a whole lot easier with the new AI-powered features. Microsoft announced the general availability of AI assisted features that ease your workload with auto-summarization and a provides a better way to navigate to the important points in a meeting.

3 key new features:

1. Intelligent recap: provides a comprehensive overview of your meetings, helping you save time catching up.

2. AI-generated notes and Tasks: review crucial points, glean important takeaways, and note action items after the meetings.

3. Speaker timeline markers: These markers illustrate which participant spoke at any given point during the meeting, allowing for quick and easy navigation to those specific moments.

Looking forward: Teams is the biggest collaborative chat software with more than 300 million active users as of Apr 2023 and is set to improve productivity for millions of paying users.

The new AI-powered features could help you “search” something across different meetings, or get you a summary of a meeting you missed without having to replay the entire thing.
